Delivery Times:

While we make every effort to deliver shipments within the estimated timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, customs delays, and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules.

Liability for Loss or Damage:

WSLimports will take reasonable care of all shipments. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or acts of God.

Customs and Duties:

For international shipments, customs and import duties may apply. It is the responsibility of the recipient to be aware of and comply with all relevant customs regulations and to bear any associated costs.

Payment and Pricing: 

Shipping charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping fees and applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation and Refunds: 

Cancellation of shipments may be possible before the package is in transit. Refunds will be subject to our refund policy, and certain fees may apply. Once a shipment is in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Warranties:

 WSLimports do not manufacture the products we sell. As a result, we do not offer direct warranties on the products. However, we will assist customers in contacting the original manufacturer for warranty claims and support.
